Cancel & Edit Order

Of course, you can cancel or edit the order you purchased when the order is not shipped.

Generally, you can cancel or edit your order by emailing neutypechic@gmail.com within 24 hours.
For unshipped order: you can always to email us to cancel or edit it;
For shipped order: you need to pay a 10% processing fee;

It is suggested to email us asap, if you want to cancel or edit order. Please note that if the order has been shipped, you can not cancel or edit it in most cases.
