For the frame of our mirror,we adopt aluminum alloy,PS,stainless steel,etc. And our mirrors are all copper-free silver mirrors.

What’s your return policy?
We hope you can understand mirror belongs to fragile items, we can’t 100% guarantee it will not be damaged during the shipping transport. So if the mirror arrives damaged after delivery, please contact the customer service of our official website or third-party platforms, and send pictures of the damaged mirror, the front and back views of the outer box and the shipping label information. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for you as soon as possible after we confirm the pictures.
If you want to return due to your subjective reasons like no longer need/don’t like etc., you should be responsible for the return cost.

What’s the warranty of your mirror?
The warranty period of the item is half a year from the delivery date. In this period, any problem caused by our product itself, such as oxidation due to the environment you put the mirror,we will be responsible for this. The return and shipping cost will be at our expense if you want to exchange, or we can resend you a new one. However, any damage due to customer’s misuse or negligence, transportation/movement, etc. after delivery, we will not be responsible for this.

The size may have a little difference due to manually measured or different angles. Everything is subject to what you receive.
Is the color shown on your website real?

1. Can I cancel my order ?
Yes, you can always cancel your order before it is shipped. For the order unpaid, you can cancel by yourself under “My Orders”. For the order you have paid, please contact the customer service of our official website or related platforms through “contact seller”.
2. Can I change color/size/shipping address once I paid?
Yes,you can always change your order information before it’s shipped. We suggest you can cancel the unwanted order and then choose the right color/size/shipping address to reorder from us.
Can I cancel my order after it’s shipped?
Once your order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please note that if you reject the delivery, it will be the return caused by your subjective reason.

Who will bare the return cost if I want to return the mirror cause it’s defective?
We will be responsible for this.

For those reasons not caused by our products,buyer should be responsible for the return cost. And the return should be in the original package. If the mirror is damaged during the return transport, we will not refund you.
